Steps to make Cakesicles:
- Prepare the cake of your choice and allow it to cool completely. I am using Eggless Chocolate Cake here,start by crumbling the cake.
- Add Oreo crumbs and a tbsp of Chocolate syrup at a time and combine everything until it forms a dough. - - ℹ️ Pinch out a portion of dough in between your hands. If it holds it's shape you are good to go.
- All you now have to do is shape it into a popsicle, shape the cake batter to resemble the popsicles.
- Freeze the cake molds for 30 mins.
- Let this rest and in the meantime, melt some white chocolates in a double boiler. Keep this melted chocolate ready in a glass or Bowl into which you can dip the entire popsicle in one go.
- Let the excess drip off. - - ℹ️You will observe that in just few seconds the chocolate will solidify. And before that happens you have to add the sprinkles if you are using any.
- Freez the Cakesicles for few minutes until it sets.
