  1. Take 12 cup cooked Quinoa
  2. Get 14 cup Diced Ham

  6. Prepare 12 tsp Onion powder
  7. Make ready 12 tsp Garlic powder
  8. Take 14 tsp Ground pepper
  9. Take 3 tbsp Milk
  10. Prepare 1 small Avocado (Hass)
  11. Take sour cream
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Spray Oil (any type..personaly I use either coconut, olive, or grape seed)

  3. Spray and coat pan with oil. On medium low heat make scrambled eggs till just slightly moist (runny). Then add diced ham, cheese, and quinoa.
  4. Reduce heat to low, mix well and let heat for 2min mixing once or twice.
  5. Dish out scrabled mixture, top with avocado, and finally a dollop of sour cream(if desired).
